Ingredion Incorporated celebrated the expansion of its global research and development (R&D) facility in Bridgewater, N.J. on November 5, 2013.
“This expansion is part of our overall strategic plan to expand our product portfolio with innovative ingredient solutions that are on trend and in demand,” says chairman, president and CEO, Ilene Gordon.
The expansion includes three new laboratories that will focus on the development of sweeteners and adds 12 full-time and 12 part-time employees.
Almost 300 employees work at Ingredion’s facility in Bridgewater.
