Biothera has selected Naturalendo Tech as its exclusive distribution partner in South Korea, following Naturalendo’s successful effort to secure regulatory approval for Wellmune.
Wellmune WGP is Bothera’s natural immune booster for foods, beverages and supplements.
Wellmune is a beta 1,3/1,6 glucan derived from a proprietary strain of baker’s yeast.
Nine human clinical studies have demonstrated the ingredient’s ability to safely boost key immune cells that keep the body healthy.
The ingredient received an immune health claim and a Certificate of Functional Ingredient for Health/Functional Food from the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).
It met all standards for safety and efficacy during the rigorous, nearly a two-year approval process.
