TÜV SÜD will hold the second part of its webinar series – How safe is the food you serve? – Steps the hospitality industry should know to ensure good hygiene practice according to European Legislations – at 10am (CET) and at 3pm (CET) on 25 November 2015.
Targeting at food safety professionals in the hospitality industry, TÜV SÜD’s food expert, Thorsten Steinhübel, will speak about the applicable European Union Regulations for food safety, as well as the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points or HACCP study, a tool that includes preventive measures to assure food safety.
He will also explain how a robust auditing and monitoring program can help companies in the hospitality industry to meet food hygiene and safety requirements.
