Europe: Hanovia awarded for HR efforts

Ultra-violet disinfection specialist Hanovia has received Investors in People (IIP) accreditation pertaining to realizing the potential of its staff.

To secure the accreditation, evidence was gathered and assessed via employee interviews carried out by an IIP assessor.

“IIP offers a tried and tested approach to guide us through our growing pains and we are confident that it will help us to make Hanovia an even better place to work,” says MD John Ryan.

“This accreditation is the sign of an organization which is committed to good people management practice.”

“However, it’s not about getting an award – we want to keep investing in our staff until we achieve Platinum status. This is just the start.”

IIP is UK’s accreditation body for business improvement through people management, providing a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow.
