It folds when empty for return trips, allowing for more containers per truck compared with noncollapsible steel tubs.
Its footprint makes it ideal for sequencing parts, as well as rightsizing part shipments for line-side assembly and WIP operations.
The HDB1208 is engineered as a strong and durable container for heavy weight loads requiring increased packaging protection.
The use of plastic FLCs ensures reliable part quality and plant cleanliness, as an all-plastic material is easy to clean, will not rust and prevents metal-on-metal part damage.
Meanwhile, the 1120 mm by 1420 mm BulkPal and 1180 mm by 1250 mm BulkPal pallets are designed to store, stage and ship metal and plastic cans and bottles in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries in Europe.
