The Middleby Food Processing Division will display meat processing systems at IFFA in Frankfurt, Germany from May 7 to 12, 2016, particularly the Thurne IBS 4600 Bacon Slicer.
The slicer uses four independent feeds and blades with separate vision systems, offering precision slice control to producers of precooked bacon for retail and food service applications.
The unit features more consistent slice thickness and quality, as well as improved cook and pack yields.
