More than 40 industry leaders will present at three conferences, which will be held alongside Gulfood Manufacturing 2015 from October 27 to 29 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The conferences are entitled Next Generation Manufacturing, F&B Innovations and Food Logistics.
The Food Logistics Forum on October 28, 2015 aims to educate businesses on growing their markets, streamlining their distribution processes and improving their bottom line costs.
Topics covered will include improving the regulatory environment in the GCC; the impact on the region’s supply chain of new regional rail, ports and airline transport hubs; and achieving quality and safety across the food supply chain; halal supply chain impact on warehousing and risk management in disaster-proofing supply chains across the sector.
The Next Generation Manufacturing conference on October 27, 2015 will highlight technology and innovation, operation and production, and quality and safety, with presentations of case studies from global players such as Mondelez International, United Food Technology and Tetra Pak.
The two-day F&B Innovation conference from October 28 to 29, 2015 will highlight the latest concepts, ingredients, products and approaches that will drive competitive advantage and success for players in the food and beverage industry.
Speakers include representatives from Al Marai, DuPont, Euromonitor, Fonterra, Mars, PepsiCo, Prime Hospitality, Switz Group and United Arab Emirates University.
