Bühler and GSR Cocoa Machinery, specializing in the design, manufacture and maintenance of cocoa pressing lines, will offer a complete product range from a source to food producers.
The presses designed and manufactured by GSR will be incorporated in Bühler’s total line concept.
Bühler will use its proprietary process NARS (Nibs-Alkalizing-Roasting-Sterilizing) for cocoa and the GSR presses complete the portfolio for this process.
On the other hand, GSR is able to expand its international market presence through Bühler’s global sales network in 140 countries.
Furthermore, the two companies will be developing line concepts to maximize yield and quality of the end product in the cocoa value stream, combining their expertise and knowledge in their respective fields of cocoa processing.
