ÅR Packaging Group AB and PT Maju Jaya Sarana Grafika have signed a partnership agreement to manufacture, procurement, sell and market in Indonesia packages made out of cardboard or other materials in combination with cardboard.
“After consolidating our footprint in Europe, this is an important step into a global development to serve our multi-national customers in the best way,” says Peter Aichhorn, COO branded products of AR Packaging.
Swedish AR Packaging has a turnover of €550 million (US$597.62 million) and 2,300 employees in 17 factories in nine countries.
It is formed in 2011 as a merger of A&R Carton and Flextrus.
