Bio-Steam will be expanding its production conveyor belt expertise and Keith Handy Design, KHD, conveyor belt cleaning systems into Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand.
The family owned company has been the Australian distributor of commercial and industrial vapor steam (dry) systems for over 15 years.
It was a finalist for Award of Excellence at Auspack 2019, having represented KHD Technology and its Jet 4 Spinner automatic conveyor belt cleaning system for clean in place.
According to Bio-Steam’s MD Neil Hodkinson, the systems use less than 30 liters of water in an hour to clean and sanitize machines for products such as chocolate, oils, bread crumbs and flour.
UMS Corporation is Bio-Steam’s Malaysian and Singaporean distribution partner, having supplied conveyor belts and systems for four decades.
