Toyo Ink Europe Specialty Chemicals S.A.S. (France) has absorbed two other consolidated subsidiaries of the Group, Toyo Ink Europe S.A.S. (France) and Toyo Ink Europe Plastic Colorant S.A.S. (France).
With this three-company merger, the Toyo Ink Group aims to strengthen its ability to make proposals to customers and the management base through the coordination of the companies’ functions and accelerate the Group’s business expansion in the European countries.
The company will continue to manufacture and sell high performance pigments, plastic colorants and compounds, specialty chemical products, inks, printing related materials and industrial products.
