RPC Promens Industrial releases the Politainer combi pack for filling, storing and transporting products.
Available in sizes from one to 30 liters, Politainer comprises a polyethylene container held within a cardboard outer.
As well as delivering a material reduction of as much as 75% compared to rigid containers, empty packs are shipped flat packed – 1440 five liter packs can be placed on just one pallet.
In addition, RPC Promens offers a unique closed filling system, whereby the Politainer can be directly linked to a filling machine via special connectors, providing a mess-free operation that also minimizes the risk of contamination.
The packaging collapses as the product is used, which helps to ensure complete evacuation of the container with minimal residue.
The collapsed PE container, which is fully recyclable, also aids disposal.
The packaging is suitable for applications such as chemicals, inks, pharmaceuticals and food.
It is available in a coex ethylene vinyl alcohol or polyamides version.
