Arcil SA, based in France, has changed its name to Synerlink, following two recent acquisitions.
Arcil remains the brand name for the company’s form-fill-seal (FFS) lines that are manufactured in the country.
“This name change was necessary following the recent acquisitions of Dinieper and Dairy Pack, and confirms our commitment to expanding our solutions and services in the fresh dairy market and beyond,” said CEO of Synerlink Eric Lesbats.
Synerlink Iberica will be developing the Dairy Pack brand name through its production unit in Spain, and Dinieper, based in Brazil, will be renamed Synerlink Latin America in the future. Synerlink is part of equipment and engineering solutions provider Barry-Wehmiller.
As part of its portfolio, Synerlink offers several complementary packaging options for food brands.
Arcil, Dinieper and Dairy Pack specialize in FFS machines with low-, medium- and high-output capacities.
Dosil’s dosing modules can be integrated on any kind of line, and Aprium offers various end-of-line automated solutions (in-line sleeve application, product combination, grouping, overwrapping and case-packing).
