KNOWLEDGEshare Live 2015 in Chengdu, China, was held recently with Sidel to discuss the latest developments in the Chinese beverage industry.
Almost 500 participants attended the two day event from March 23 to 24, 2015.
Highlights of the sessions include:
– How the value of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) can be unlocked, including how packages can be reinvented and how innovation can be adopted through labelling,
– A review of beverage industry trends throughout the world, how to innovate to meet changing demands and a look specifically at dairy beverages, particularly the market for PET packaging in liquid dairy products and the production and processing requirements for milk beverages,
– Defining the beverage production line pertaining to hotfill technologies, packaging for premium water, how to drive higher productivity through automation and how beverage plant efficiency can be improved.
KNOWLEDGEshare is an online forum for the global beverage industry, supported by live events around the world which provide the opportunity to take the ongoing discussions to the stage.
This was the fourth staging of KNOWLEDGEshare Live, with events held in Germany and Dubai, in addition to the previous staging in China in March 2014.
