Italian company Airpack has acquired Pregis Corporation’s European protective packaging operations for an undisclosed amount. Airpack had purchased Pregis’ Italian operations in 2012 to increase its European footprint. The acquisition includes Pregis operations in the UK, Belgium, Germany, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary.
