Asia Pacific: Thailand to hold food service, retail show in May

Bangkok will hold Thaifex-World of Food Asia 2017 from May 31 to June 4 with an expected 45,000 visitors.

The show will feature 15 specialized product segments, insights to 11 trending food topics, three specialized trade fairs for Coffee and Tea, Food Service and Seafood, as well as 2,000 exhibitors.

National group participants hail from countries such as Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Turkey and Scotland.

Other highlights of the show include the Celebrity Coffee Bar, Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge for the 2018 Worldchefs Congress, the Thaifex Innovation Zone and the World of Food Safety Conference that is organized by show organizer Koelnmesse, and supported by Asian Development Bank.

There will also be the Asian Food Franchising Forum and the IFU SGF Juice Workshop.
