IFF has completed the acquisition of David Michael & Company, Inc, a company founded in 1896 for its vanilla expertise in dairy and beverage categories.
Located in Philadelphia, US, IFF will merge the company and IFF-Ottens Flavors, which was acquired in 2015.
This would to further reinforce its differentiated service model in the US for middle-market customers, thus driving growth and strengthening its North American flavors business.
