The company conducted extensive research in order to understand the fundamentals of valve gate dynamics, materials, wear, and gate quality while developing the Ultra Helix nozzle.
Coming as close as possible to zero gate vestige performance, the Ultra Helix valve gate improves part quality.
Additionally, the nozzles build on Husky’s track record of thermal uniformity and virtually eliminates mechanical wear on the valve stems and cavity steel.
