Gelita has formed a joint venture in China with Wenzhou Jiabao, which is based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province.
Both parties will invest to develop and strengthen Gelita’s business in China.
The Chinese group focuses on food, consumer and retail opportunities in China.
