Americas: Pro Mach acquires shrink wrapping systems provider

Pro Mach has acquired Stork-Texwrap, a manufacturer of fully automatic shrink wrapping systems. The addition of Stork-Texwrap expands Pro Mach’s rapidly growing secondary packaging product line.

Pro Mach will continue to leverage the Texwrap brand and maintain their current facility in Washington, Missouri.

Texwrap manufactures high-quality automated shrink wrap systems, including a full line of shrink wrappers, L-bar sealers, side sealers, tunnels, infeed solutions, and conveyors for industries such as food, bakery, industrial, pharmaceutical and printing.

Stork Fabricators, a full service metal fabrication shop housed at the Stork-Texwrap facility, will also continue to operate and provide custom services including plasma and waterjet cutting, as well as Computer Numerically Controlled or CNC machining including laser, punch, turning, milling, press brakes, and more for a variety of industrial, commercial, military, and aerospace applications.
