Americas: Cryopak unveils temperature monitoring device for shipment

Cryopak Verification Technologies introduces its new iMINI liquid-crystal display (LCD) single-use temperature monitor.

As regulations of temperature-sensitive shipments increase within the pharmaceutical and food industries, this product aims to help companies meet compliance standards by accurately verifying the safety and effectiveness of the items they ship.

“Our iMINI LCD is a new revolution of data logger with advanced features and software to replace our discontinued Intelligent Mini,” said site manager Christopher Smith.

The compact and easy-to-use product comes pre-programed with customer-provided specifications to monitor the temperature within a shipment.

Additional features include a large LCD screen, waterproof pouch, large memory capacity, USB interface and four alarm thresholds.

End-user data is acquired using Cryopak’s ConsolePlus software, which can be downloaded for free form the company’s website.
