Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East and Africa has completed the acquisition of South African flexibles packaging company Nampak Flexible.
Amcor says this acquisition makes it the leading flexibles player in the African market with a total net sales in the region of approximately US$280 million.
The acquisition includes four manufacturing sites and a sales office located across South Africa and generates a net sales of approximately ZAR 1.1 billion (US$94 million) per annum.
They will join the Amcor Flexibles team as a new business unit, Amcor Flexibles South Africa.
