Americas: Chicago to hold dairy show in September

The International Dairy Show will be held in Chicago from September 15-18, 2015.

It will feature the newest innovations in technology, packaging, ingredients and services for the dairy foods industry.

Education sessions will offer solutions for the manufacturing process, as well as new product launches.

The show has added a new Co-Packer Pavilion, increased the Distribution and Supply Chain Pavilion and Partner Pavilions, besides the Ingredients, Flavorings and Seasonings Pavilion.

The exhibit hall will feature two on-floor classrooms, and the iDairy Show Theater returns to showcase the latest trends and technology in the industry.

Co-located with the Food Processing Suppliers Association’s Process Expo and NürnbergMesse’s InterBev Process; the three shows will occupy more than 300,000 square feet of exhibit space featuring nearly 1,000 industry suppliers and 20,000 food, dairy and beverage attendees.
