Asia Pacific: tna participates in Thaifex 2015

tna will showcase its complete range of high performance processing and packaging systems at Thaifex 2015 for the first time, alongside SRIPIPAT Engineering Ltd.

tna will share about its recent acquisitions of food processing specialists, Florigo and FOODesign, and how this enables tna to further boost its processing capabilities and cement its position as a leading provider of start-to-finish solutions.

Following the opening of tna’s new office in Thailand last year, experts will also be on hand to demonstrate how its on-the-ground team can better service tna’s growing number of customers in the region with an in-depth knowledge of local market trends and tailor-made systems.

Alongside its existing portfolio of packaging, seasoning and distribution solutions, tna offers a variety of Florigo’s continuous snack and french fry lines, including patented continuous vacuum frying technology.

This, coupled with FOODesign’s world leading fryers and cookers, featuring batch fryers, continuous fryers, baking and toasting ovens, and speciality roasting equipment – all suitable for a variety of applications – means that tna can now offer customers a comprehensive range of options, from smaller direct-fired batch fryers to complete french fry production lines with capacities of up to 30,000kg/h, to deliver customized, efficient turnkey solutions.

The company will also highlight its system control and integration expertise.

The team will demonstrate the benefits of control systems, such as programmable logic controllers and supervisory control and data acquisition.

These systems are easily integrated into existing production lines giving plant operators the ability to target specific areas where inefficiencies are most prevalent.

This ensures that each element of the production line works in harmony with each other, resulting in a fully optimized and seamless operation.

tna’s Thailand office opened in July 2014 as part of its global expansion strategy.

Hosting sales, project management and service teams, the office confirms the company’s commitment to this dynamic region, while reinforcing its leadership position within the international packaging and processing industries.
