Americas: Kalsec introduces Fusionary Heat at IFT 2014

Responding to the consumer’s desire for a more complex and flavorful heat, Kalsec has developed Fusionary Heat, a line of heat delivery products to provide consumers with complex and flavorful heat.

The product line combines heat (pungency) with unexpected ingredient combinations such as savory, sour, sweet, and tangy to provide a unique sensory experience.

Featured Fusionary Heat products include Tangy Sweet Ginger, Spicy Orange, Herbal Jalapeno, and Sweet-Roasted Chipotle.

“Fusionary™ Heat products are a logical extension of our Heat Management Platform, which will enable our customers the ability to provide consumers with a surprising new depth to their heat experience,” says Gary Augustine, Executive Director, Market Development.

The company will introduce the product line at IFT trade show in New Orleans, USA, June 21 to 24, 2014.

Fusionary Heat products follow the introduction of HeatSync Heat Systems in 2013.

The latter is designed to control the timing, intensity and location on the palate of heat delivered for a variety of applications.
