Europe: Gizeh creates twin-chamber cup for dessert

Plastic packaging company Gizeh has developed a new twin chamber cup for a new yogurt dessert line of Müller.

The cup combines Müller yogurt with chocolate, biscuit or caramel chips of Milka, Oreo and Daim and is offered in four varieties.

The cup has a white inner layer and a colored outer surface, which is red (Daim), blue (Oreo) or purple (Milka) depending on the contents used.

All information regarding the contents is shown on the three-sided label on the outer surfaces of the large chamber and on a bottom label.

The basic color of the three-sided label matches the external color of the cup so that the label blends with the basic color of the cup.

Furthermore, the cup has a high-quality feel and functionally reliable kink mechanism. The twin chamber is made of polystyrene using a thermoforming process.

This is Gizeh’s 9th twin chamber cup in total in the product range.

It uses injection molding, in-mold labelling and thermoforming in polypropylene and polystyrene with analogue and digital labelling and direct printing to create the cups.

The cups can be either colored, multi-colored or transparent.

An extensive range is possible from square to round to unusual shapes.
