Europe: Urschel’s client adds four machines for processing potatoes

Belgium’s Clarebout Potatoes has installed four more DiversaCut 2110 Dicers from Urschel for potato processing.

The processor finds the machines are reliable with low maintenance costs, have clean cutting action resulting in less starch in the waste water, 25% higher capacity, and the overall durability of the machines.

Other buying factors included the prompt service and technical support expertise of the local Urschel office.

Clarebout now operates 12 DiversaCut 2110 Dicers for the processing of dices and crinkle French fries.

Besides Urschel dicers, the company also owns Urschel milling equipment, which the two Comitrol Processors are in-line to produce rösti potatoes and mill potato flakes.
