Europe: Roquette exhibits plant proteins in HIE 2016

Roquette will highlight the versatility of its plant-based solutions with new food concepts at Health Ingredients Europe in Frankfurt, Germany, November 29 to December 1.

The products on display using its plant-based ingredients include the following:

In addition, the company will feature the Xtab directly compressible polyols for sugar-free confectionery tablets.
