Asia Pacific: DCH, Bright Food partner to focus on the food business

Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited (DCH) and Bright Food (Group) signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Shanghai, China this month to form an alliance with focus in the food business.

With over 65 years of experience in food and fast-moving consumer goods sectors, DCH has established a ‘Total Food Supply Chain’ in Hong Kong and China with strong logistics support.

Bright Food is an integrated food group with a food value chain, including modern agriculture, food manufacturing and processing and food distribution.

The company owns numerous renowned brands.

Through this collaboration, both companies aim to further expand the market and acquire a higher market position in the food industry through optimizing the strength and resources of both parties in domestic and overseas food business.

The collaboration aims to strengthen partnership in imported food distributions, as well as logistics and retail businesses.

New investment opportunities and joint projects will also be explored in the long run.
