Zenith International opens Zenith Springboard, an advisory service to accelerate the growth of food and drink brand start-ups.
The service will focus provide commercial and technical services including market data, business planning, product formulation and route to market improve the chances of success.
Paul Martin, former CEO and director of numerous successful start-ups and his consulting business, will head up the consultancy as principal consultant.
He will be supported by Zenith’s international consulting team alongside various partnerships across finance, ingredients, production, packaging and distribution.
“Almost all successful food and beverage entrepreneurs say they wish someone had told them about vital basic lessons, shortcuts or pitfalls sooner,” he says.
“Our aim is to offer those valuable insights and solutions with the minimum of fuss right through from the initial product idea to retailer strategies and rollout programs.”
Zenith Springboard will be based in the UK and will work with clients worldwide through Zenith’s network across 70 countries.
