Europe: ISM 2016 names France as partner country

France is the partner country of the 46th ISM from 31 January to 3 February 2016 in Cologne, Germany.

With outstanding products and a high-performance sweets and snacks industry, the country will be raising its profile at the global trade fair for sweets and snacks.

About 90 exhibitors from France will be presenting their large spectrum of products, joining 1410 others from 70 countries.

Alliance 7, consisting of nine French trade associations of the food industry, will present sweets, chocolate, cereals, bread and bakery products, snack items, honey and coffee products as well as products for special nutritional needs at the show.
