Americas: tna highlights start-to-finish solutions at Pack Expo 2015

tna will present its product portfolio of complete solutions including processing and packaging equipment, controls integration and SCADA reporting, via the all new tna innovation station, at Pack Expo 2015 in Las Vegas, US from September 28 to 30, 2015.

Visitors can interact with complete systems, learn about individual pieces of equipment, view specific product information and watch detailed product videos.

tna will feature its high speed vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) packaging machine, the tna robag FX 3ci at the show.

Compact, easy-to-clean and designed to pack at rapid speeds, this system improves performance up to 30% in terms of output and reducing the number of rejects, while achieving unprecedented throughput rates.

Other features include the tna intelli-weigh omega multi-head scale, the patented tna hyper-detect metal detector and tna intelli-read barcode verification scanning system.

For a simpler process, the tna auto-splice now automatically changes film reels when one is finished and without manual intervention.

Other machines on display include:

– tna intelli-flav OMS 5: on-machine seasoning system that can provide both powder flavoring and liquid oil in a drum to deliver consistent coverage and flavor.

– tna roflo HM 3: horizontal motion distribution system designed to minimize product loss with low force operation and total control over speed and direction.

– tna roflo VM 3: vibratory motion distribution conveyor designed to rapidly, yet gently transport any product with continuous product flow, smoothing out any build up for optimal conveying of products.

– FOODesign cryo-jet 5: Ambient air cooling system for the rapid cooling of baked and fried snack foods using only ambient air.

– Controls integration and SCADA reporting: extensive range of integrated controls solutions, site support, project management and training services.
